I just recently visited Town Center Nissan and I can’t tell you enough of how much of a good experience I had. Customer service was first rate. I was in and out within 45 minutes. The people there will work with you even if you are upside down. My salesperson, Percy Renolds worked with my trade in, and I was way upside down. I didn’t put anything down, and they were ale to get me finance. It is surprising to see that some people did not have a good experience- not everyone can get what they want- credit is a huge factor. Mine was fair, and I still got into a good deal.

I highly recommend Town Center Nissan, and I will tell everyone I come into contact with to go there if they want to buy a car.

I towed my car to them since it had a strating problem. That was my first visit. They called back and told me that the Idle Control Valve needs to be replaced. Along with that they gave me a list of other things for driving the car ‘Safely’. One of those is: Replacement of Water pump and Timing belt with an estimation of $1505.
Obviously my car had 98,000 miles on it. SO they wanted to cash-in on that routine work. But the fact is, I had got replaced my whole engine block(under warranty) with all it parts including timing belt and water pump just months before.
Unfortunately they haven’t looked into my car history before they told me those are a “MUST” to drive safely. They also told me that they have done the proper tests confirming it.
Fortunately I had a previous record of the things I did in my previous service and I showed that to one of their managers. Finally the service manager told me that she will look into the problem once again, only to tell me that it was just a ‘loose bracket’ not the whole pump and tightened the bracket to fix it. Avoid them as much as possible.

Tri County Toyota: Not a good place to do business. High presure sales tries to get you to put a deposit on a car they must bring from another lot. (Which you have not seen yet) Stating all you have to do is put a deposit on the car and we will bring it for you to see. Stating that if for any reason you do not buy that car your money will be refunded in full. Then when you chose another car they state ” we have incured costs in bringing that car to you and will not be able to refund your monies in full. This is against the law and a Dealership you should avoid. Please report all dealer problems with coorporate office customer relations and hope they change there ways of doing business.

I got a car from Baytown Hyundai. There were some minor problems when I purchased it & was told they would be fixed. I had the car in the shop on several occassions. I thought it was corrected and all was good. Eighteen months after I got the car I was involved in an accident. My insuarnce adjustor told me the car had been in a previous accident and had frame damage. The car was totaled out because of the damages. I contact Baytown Hyundai to get some assistance with the pay off. I had full coverage insurance and GAP. But the car did not get paid off because of the previous damage. All Baytown Hyundai wanted to do was sell me another car. Baytown Hyundai told me when I purchased the car it belonged to an old lady that only went to the grocery store & church. Well come to find outthe car has been in a rental program since it was made.
Do not buy a car from Baytown Hyundai you will never know the true history of it. And if you ever have a problem they will not try to fix it.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Burns Hyundai. I really wasn’t looking forward to the experience due to past haggling dealerships. I was met by a wonderful sales lady, Sarah. From the moment we talked I didn’t feel pushed into anything and I didn’t feel like I had to haggle. She made it very simple and easy and made the experience pleasant! The managers were great to deal with and it was all together a great experience! If you are looking for a Hyundai, BURNS Hyundai is the only place to go!
